Insights
Find out what really makes you faster.
“How has my pace at the same heart rate changed since January?”
Ask by text or voice. Pulsecho finds the right data and answers with numbers, charts and maps. Save the analyses you like to your library, where they update themselves with every new workout.
“On Saturdays you run 12 seconds per kilometer faster than during the week.”
You don’t need to know what to look for. Discoveries search your data on their own and every week show you trends and connections you weren’t even aware of.
Both lead to the same place. You understand what works for you and can shape your training and race strategy around it.
Your training plan Pro
A plan built on science, made for you.
Evidence-based
Pulsecho builds your plan on around 300 sports science studies and proven training principles. Every recommendation has a basis.
Tailored to you
Your plan takes into account how your training has developed, how you’re doing right now and where you want to go, from a 10K through a half marathon and marathon to a full-distance triathlon.
Adjusted every day
After every workout your plan adapts automatically. Every day you get feedback on what went well and what comes next, so you stay on track.
Same route
Your home loop, compared every time.
Pulsecho recognizes on its own when you run the same route. Nothing to name, nothing to tag. All runs on that route are grouped automatically.
See them as a ranking, follow over months how you get faster on exactly this route, and put runs side by side, kilometer by kilometer. That way you see where you gained or lost time.
Included in Basic too, for free.
All in one place
Every stat, every workout, every watch.
Whatever you train with
If it lands in Apple Health, it lands in Pulsecho. When two devices record the same workout, it only counts once.
Statistics

Goals
Monthly and yearly goals for each sport, with progress at a glance: how much is left and how many days remain.
Your data
The AI understands the question. Your iPhone does the math.
Language models are good at understanding questions but unreliable at arithmetic. So Pulsecho turns your question into a query, and your iPhone calculates every number in the answer itself from your stored data.
Your data lives in a database on your device. You decide how much of it goes to the AI analysis for an answer. Pulsecho shows no ads and doesn’t use your data for advertising.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Who is Pulsecho for?
For anyone who exercises and wants more from their training, from a first 5K to a full-distance triathlon. If you’re just starting out, you get a plan and clear answers. If you’ve been training for years, the analyses give you the details that move you forward.
What are the training plans based on?
On around 300 sports science studies and established training principles. From these, Pulsecho builds a plan tailored to how you’ve developed so far, your current condition and your goal, and adjusts it to your workouts every day.
Does Pulsecho help me prepare for a half marathon or marathon?
Yes. Pulsecho builds a training plan that leads up to your race date and adapts it every day to your workouts, sleep and recovery. That works for 5K and 10K, half marathon and marathon as well as triathlon.
Can I change my plan if something comes up?
Yes. Just tell Pulsecho that you have less time this week, were ill or would rather do your long run on Sunday, and the plan adapts. Pulsecho tells you if it would do something differently, but in the end you decide.
What are discoveries?
Pulsecho searches your data for trends and connections on its own and shows you what stands out every week, for example that you ran 40 percent more this September than last September, or that on days above 25 °C you run 20 seconds per kilometer faster in the morning than in the evening.
Does Pulsecho recognize when I run the same route?
Yes. When you run a route more than once, Pulsecho notices on its own, without you having to name it. You see all runs on that route as a ranking and how they develop over time, and you can compare them kilometer by kilometer. This is included in the free Basic version too.
Which watches and apps does Pulsecho work with?
With anything that writes workouts to Apple Health: Apple Watch and devices from Garmin, Polar, Coros, Suunto or Wahoo, as long as their app syncs workouts to Apple Health. If two devices record the same workout, Pulsecho counts it once and keeps the recording with the most data.
Are my past workouts included?
Yes. On first launch, Pulsecho imports your entire training history from Apple Health, even if it goes back many years. So from day one you can ask questions about your whole athletic life.
Which sports does Pulsecho support?
Pulsecho is built for running, cycling and swimming, so everything you need for triathlon. Every other sport in Apple Health is supported too, from strength training to hiking.
What happens to my health data?
Your data stays on your iPhone. You choose from three levels how much of it goes to the AI analysis for an answer. Pulsecho shows no ads and doesn’t use your data for advertising. The details are in the privacy policy.
