Terms of use
Last updated: October 23, 2026. This is a translation of the German terms of use; the German version is legally binding.
1. Scope
Your use of the Pulsecho app is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add rules that are particularly important for Pulsecho. Where they conflict, these terms take precedence to the extent permitted by law. The provider is Florian Stammler, address in the legal notice.
2. What Pulsecho is
Pulsecho analyzes your training and health data from Apple Health, answers questions about it, shows discoveries and creates training plans. Pulsecho is for training and information. It is not a medical device and does not replace medical examination, diagnosis or treatment.
3. Health and personal responsibility
Talk to a doctor before starting or substantially increasing your training if you have pre-existing conditions, take medication, are pregnant or are unsure whether you can handle the load. Stop training and seek medical advice if you experience chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness or other unusual symptoms. Whether and how you follow recommendations is your decision.
4. AI answers
Answers, texts and training plans are partly created with the help of a language model. The app calculates the numbers from your data itself. Even so, answers may be incomplete or inaccurate, for example if data in Apple Health is missing or was recorded incorrectly. Check important information before relying on it.
5. Subscriptions, trial and allowance
Pulsecho is available free of charge as Basic, with core features, and as the paid Plus and Pro subscriptions. Subscriptions are purchased and paid for through Apple and renew automatically for the selected period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period in your Apple Account settings. The free trial converts into a paid subscription unless you cancel. The prices shown to you in the App Store apply.
The AI features include a monthly usage allowance. Once it is used up, the AI features pause until the next month; you can buy additional allowance in the app. All features without AI remain available.
Apple is responsible for withdrawal, refunds and billing because Apple processes the payment.
6. Availability and changes
We continuously develop Pulsecho and may change, add or replace features as long as the essential scope of your subscription is preserved. The AI features depend on third-party services and an internet connection and may be temporarily unavailable.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the typically foreseeable damage. Otherwise, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the extent it is compatible with mandatory law.
8. Law and contact
German law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the country where you live. We answer questions at support@pulsecho.app or through the contact form.
